Boomers Bar-B-Que means we slow cook smoking meat over low indirect heat produced by burning wood. We use locally grown apple wood combined with Mesquite and pecan that infuse our meats with a high level of flavor, aroma and texture. Our meats have a pink ring from being smoked and slow-cooked for up to 15 hours.

We're so proud of our flavor that we serve our sauce on the side. Bar-B-Que requires patience and devotion that you just can't simulate by basting meat with "BBQ Sauce.".
